Satisfaction Guarantee Terms & Conditions

General

All my work is covered my a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. In other words, if as a paying customer, you do not like one or all of the photos done at your request, you can simply advise me in writing and you will receive a full refund of the photography costs. Simple, no questions asked. 

Inspecting the photos

After the photo shoot you will receive from me a selection of photos for you to choose from. These photos are delivered to you in low resolution JPEG digital files via a Dropbox folder and are only broadly retouched. Photos are fully retouched only after you’ve made your selection. All proofs are watermarked until accepted by you.

Once you’ve made your selection and fully retouched photos, without a watermark, have been sent to you, this Customer Satisfaction Guarantee will cease and you will no longer be able to claim against it.

Timeframe for exercising Satisfaction Guarantee

If you wish to claim a refund under the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee you will need to advise me in writing by email to: pmarion@bigpond.net.au or text to 0411 461 197 no later than 3 business days after receiving the Dropbox link to the proofs from me. No refund will be made after that time.

Any verbal communication to that effect will have to be confirmed in writing to exercise your right under this guarantee.

Exclusions from Satisfaction Guarantee

The following subjects are not covered under this warranty:

  • Photos of children under the age of 5 are not included under this Satisfaction Guarantee. Younger children sometimes are not willing to cooperate, are too shy or do not follow instructions for successful photos. 
  • Photos where pets are invloved. Pets are often not trained to sit still and can sometimes ruin an otherwise great photograph.
  • The cost of a Hair & Makeup Artist if one was organised on your behalf.
  • The cost of hiring a studio, if that cost was communicated to you prior to the photo shoot.
